The BCMDA recently hosted an Investor Round Table to engage directly with project proponents and investors on two strategic development opportunities in Buffalo City:
- Seaview Terrace Development – Investment value: R 400 million
- Marina Glen A Development – Investment value: R 912 million
The session, chaired by the BCMDA Board Chair and attended by the Board, Executive Management, and Representatives from Boma Investment Properties and The Facilities Company, provided a platform to:
- Present project concepts and investment propositions
- Discuss implementation readiness, risks, and timelines
- Explore opportunities for collaboration
